Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Winelands Printing & Signage, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Winelands Printing & Signage provides printing, signage, and branding services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order with us, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all orders. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Payment terms:

• 50% deposit required on all orders before production begins
• Balance payment due before collection or delivery of completed work
• For corporate clients with established accounts, payment terms may vary as agreed in writing

4. File Submissions and Artwork

You are responsible for providing print-ready files that meet our specifications. Additional charges may apply for design services or file corrections. By submitting files to us, you confirm that:

• You own or have proper licensing for all content submitted
• The content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• The content does not contain any illegal, offensive, or defamatory material

5. Production and Turnaround Times

Production begins after we receive your deposit payment and approved artwork. Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed and depend on current workload, complexity of the job, and material availability.

6. Proofing and Approval

We may provide digital proofs for your approval before production. You are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs for errors or omissions. Once you approve a proof, we are not responsible for errors in the final product.

7. Delivery and Collection

Products are available for collection from our premises once completed. Delivery services are available at additional cost. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon collection or delivery to the carrier.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before production begins, subject to a 25% administration fee. No refunds are available once production has started. Custom items and personalized products cannot be refunded unless defective.

9. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our work. If you receive products with manufacturing defects, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace defective items at our expense. This guarantee does not cover:

• Design or content errors that appeared in approved proofs
• Color variations within standard commercial printing tolerances
• Damage occurring after delivery or collection

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our website, designs, and services belong to Winelands Printing & Signage. You retain ownership of your submitted content, but grant us permission to use it for fulfilling your order and for showcase purposes unless specifically requested otherwise.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
